Fill out the order forms below, put the forms and check in an envelope labeled SPIRIT WEAR. Please put the envelope in the drop box in the band room.

 

 

Orders will be delivered to your student once the spirit wear has arrived.

 

 

Note, we can only do this sale once in the fall. Once the order is placed, we cannot add to it, so please understand that orders cannot be accepted after Sept 16th.
